# Evidence integrity status — next website iteration

The July 2026 condensed proposal bibliography is represented in the evidence register. The website links out to official or canonical sources and does not re-host evidence PDFs.

## Identity reconciliation

- The exact University of York record for Coles et al. (2010) has now been identified.
- The exact Stats NZ 2011 NEET-method publication has now been identified.
- The official He Poutama Rangatahi Evaluation Report has been identified as a July 2023 report. The proposal’s 2022 citation year must be corrected or explained.
- The Hyslop and Stillman (2015) bibliography item remains unresolved. A related Treasury paper must not be substituted silently. The affected claim should remain visibly flagged until corrected or removed.
- “The Hub” in the proposal is the New Zealand Government’s Social Policy Evaluation and Research Unit evidence repository, not the former television/news brand. Its NEET item was commissioned by MBIE.
